Refund policy

New and Unused Products

We have a 60 day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Special-order or custom items: Cannot be canceled or returned.
  • Obsolete or discontinued products: Not eligible for return.
  • Used products: Items that have been installed or burned are not returnable.

Important Notes

Returns must be shipped in a way that prevents damage. BBQ Source Pro is not responsible for items that arrive damaged.

Products returned in unsellable condition or after the 60-day RMA window will not be eligible for credit or a new RMA.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

When it comes to freight-related issues, 48 is the magic number, and signing all BOLs with “upon final inspection” is the magic phrase.

Freight Damages & Claims 

Carriers and manufacturers will always try to protect themselves and can deny liability, which is why you should never clean sign a BOL—even if the delivery appears undamaged. You also must provide all possible evidence (including pictures) needed to justify any claims. Doing so within 48 hours of receipt is imperative because after that time window closes, BBQ Source Pro is no longer responsible for any damaged, missing, or wrong items. If you do miss the 48-hour mark, we still encourage you to reach out to us and we will try our best to resolve the issue. Learn more about Freight Claims here.
