Refund policy

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in both the General Return Policy and applicable Brand Specific Return policy.


General Policy

New and Unused Products

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible:

  • The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Tags must be intact.
  • Partial orders, such as accessories, may be returned if unused and in original packaging.
  • Custom, used, or discontinued items are non-returnable.

Return shipping arrangements and cost is the responsibility of the customer. Credits are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

To start a return or request an RMA, contact our support team at support@bbqsourcepro.com. Do not send items back without prior approval; unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee: Up to 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Special-order or custom items: Cannot be canceled or returned.
  • Obsolete or discontinued products: Not eligible for return.
  • Used products: Items that have been installed, burned, or altered are non-returnable.

Shipping & Handling

Returns must be shipped to prevent damage. BBQ Source Pro is not responsible for items that arrive damaged. Products returned in unsellable condition or after the 30-day return window will not be eligible for credit or a new RMA.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at ssupport@bbqsourcepro.com.

Defective Items

BBQ Source Pro and the manufacturers cover defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. To verify a defect, you may be asked to provide photos, videos, or return the part for inspection.

  • Verified defective items will be repaired or replaced.
  • Issues caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

Freight Damages & Claims ⚠️

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. You have 48 hours from receipt to report any freight damage, missing items, or incorrect products. After this window, BBQ Source Pro may not be able to resolve claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

Do not sign a Bill of Lading (BOL) without the note “Upon Final Inspection”, even if the delivery appears undamaged. Take clear photos of any damage and retain all packaging until the issue is resolved.

Report the issue to us at support@bbqsourcepro.com within 48 hours.

Following this process ensures we can file claims with the carrier and resolve issues quickly. Even if the 48-hour deadline is missed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Brand Specific Policies

Return policies vary by brand and manufacturer. We strongly recommend reviewing the brand-specific return policy before completing your purchase.

In the event of any conflict between the two, the brand-specific return policy shall take precedence and will govern the terms of your return or exchange.
