We’re Brian and Katie, a grilling family from Northeast Ohio. Weeknights are steaks and burgers on the grill. Weekends are for low-and-slow cooks on the smoker. Either way, some of our favorite moments happen out back, cooking for our kids.
The more we cooked, the deeper we got into the BBQ world, and we fell for the people in it. Pitmasters, backyard cooks, and the folks who build the gear are some of the nicest, most genuine people on the planet. That’s who we want to be, and it’s how we run this business.
