At BBQ Source Pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing a transparent and seamless shipping experience. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle orders, shipping, delivery, and related concerns.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:
United States of America only

Note: International shipping is not available at this time.


Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping (USA):

  • Free shipping on most orders over $49.99.

  • Certain brands and products may be excluded.

  • Meadow Creek products require a custom freight quote that must be approved before the order can be processed.

No Hidden Fees:

  • All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Taxes, fees, and shipping charges are included upfront.


Order Processing Time

Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Large or Freight Orders:

  • Orders that are large, heavy, or oversized may be shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight.

  • Freight orders may require scheduling for delivery and additional handling time.

  • Customer may be contacted to confirm delivery details, including liftgate or appointment requirements.


Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping (USA):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days

  • LTL Freight Shipping: 5–10 business days (varies by carrier and delivery location)

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Signature may be required for high-value or freight shipments.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

Reliable Carriers:

  • UPS & FedEx for standard packages

  • LTL Freight carriers for large or heavy items

  • We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery.

Shipment Tracking:
Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.

Insurance:
Shipments are insured against loss or damage. Contact us immediately if issues occur.


Order Tracking

How to Track Your Order:

  • After shipment, you will receive an email with:

    • Tracking number

    • Carrier name

    • Link to track your package

Delivery Issues

Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact support@bbqsourcepro.com

  • Lost packages:

    • Verify your shipping address.

    • Check with neighbors or building management.

    • Contact us for further assistance.

Damaged Packages

  • Reporting: Take photos of the damaged items and packaging, then contact us within 48 hours at support@bbqsourcepro.com

  • Resolution: We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Missing Items

  • Report missing items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and details of the missing items.

  • Resolution may include sending replacement items or issuing a refund.


Returns & Refunds

Eligibility:

  • Most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Custom-made orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Condition for Returns:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customer-responsible unless the item is defective or not as described.

  • Company-responsible if the return is due to our error.

Refunds:

  • Processed within 14 days of receiving returned items.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
