The Fire Magic Echelon E1060i with digital thermometer is a 48" built-in gas grill controlled through a black glass touchscreen panel with Bluetooth remote capability. Its cast stainless steel "E" burners deliver 112,000 BTUs over 1,056 sq. in. of primary cooking space, and the patented Diamond Sear grids are made for searing steaks. Two rotisserie backburners add 22,000 BTUs for slow-turned roasts.
The 304 stainless steel body fits a 50" wide outdoor kitchen cutout, and halogen oven lamps, a 14" ball-bearing drip tray and hot-surface ignition come standard. You can add a factory-installed infrared sear burner in the left position at no extra charge. It shares its size and burners with the analog E1060i; the difference is the connected touchscreen control.
