Primo ceramic components are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty with an additional 20-year guarantee for original owners. Metal parts (excluding cast iron) are covered for 5 years, while cast iron parts, valves, knobs, and other accessories are warrantied for 1 year. Thermometers and felt gaskets carry a 30-day warranty. Coverage is limited to repair or replacement of parts determined by Primo to be defective under normal use. Labor and shipping are not included.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All returns must be pre-approved, unused, and in their original packaging, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping arrangements and cost is the customer’s responsibility. Custom, used, or discontinued items are non-returnable, and credits are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
