The American Made Grills Encore 54" hybrid grill with cart is a freestanding gas, charcoal and wood grill with 1,687 square inches of total cooking surface and 176,000 total BTUs. Gas burners rated at 22,000 BTU handle everyday cooking, while patented 14-gauge fuel trays take charcoal, wood chunks or chips when you want smoke.
The fully assembled commercial-grade #304 stainless steel cart has soft-close drawers, a large storage drawer with fuel dividers, two accessory drawers, a tank pullout drawer, a folding shelf and a cutting board, and it rolls on locking and non-locking casters. A 100 lb. rotisserie kit, griddle plate and drop-in infrared sear burner are included. For a permanent island install, the Encore 54" is also offered as a built-in.
