You get a 1,000°F+ center sear grate, 1,250+ sq in of ½" steel cooktop for 8 or more, and a CORTEN base with a removable stainless shelf and an internal drain.

The Arteflame Classic 40" Flat Top Charcoal Grill with Storage Base is a wood-fired grill and griddle in one, with a CORTEN base that keeps firewood, charcoal and tools within reach. A center grill grate sits over the fire for searing, and the 40" ½" steel cooktop around it gives you 1,250+ sq in of space for 8 or more people at 40", bar height.
Arteflame's round storage base has a removable stainless steel shelf that splits it into two 10"-high compartments, and an internal drain keeps rain off what you store. The fire bowl and base are 10-gauge CORTEN weathering steel that needs no paint. After dinner, lift off the cooktop and enjoy the fire.

- Lift off the cooktop after dinner and it becomes a fire pit
- Burns hardwood or lump charcoal; the center hole in the fire bowl takes a 1" gas pipe for a professional gas conversion
