You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All returns must be pre-approved, unused, and in their original packaging, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping arrangements and cost is the customer’s responsibility. Custom, used, or discontinued items are non-returnable, and credits are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
