Arteflame warranty:

• 3 years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in products made by Arteflame.

Warranty terms (from Arteflame):

• Covers the original customer for private (non-commercial) use. Commercial use voids the warranty.
• The warranty is not transferable, and products bought second-hand are not covered.
• Claims need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Contact us or Arteflame at info@arteflame.com, mark the RMA number on the box and return the item to the Arteflame factory.
• Shipping to and from Arteflame for a warranty claim is paid by the customer.
• Items that arrive defective or damaged from manufacturing or handling are replaced at Arteflame's discretion; report shipping damage to us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Items not made by Arteflame carry their original manufacturer's warranty.

Arteflame products can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be new, unused, unassembled and resalable, in their original unopened packaging, with a pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Used items cannot be returned. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and if your order shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Items returned damaged, incomplete or not in sellable condition may receive only a partial refund and are subject to a 35% refinishing fee.
