Push-and-turn flame-thrower ignition with a flash-tube backup lights the burners reliably, stainless flame tamers spread heat evenly, and a full-width drip tray makes cleanup simple. The double-lined hood with integrated sound dampers closes softly and protects the outer shell from discoloration.
