Three cast 304 stainless steel H burners produce 18,000 BTUs each, 54,000 BTUs in total, across 816 square inches of total cooking space. Heavy 12 mm hexagon cooking rods hold heat for searing, and heat zone separators let you run different temperatures side by side.
A push-and-turn flame-thrower ignition with flash tube backup, interior lights, illuminated knobs and a double-lined hood make it easy to use after dark. It installs in an outdoor kitchen island with a 10½" H × 32¼" W × 23⅝" D cutout (check the manual for hood clearance). For more space, the LUX 44" adds a fourth burner, and both sizes come on carts.
