The Shadow edition gives the Baron a darker look, with black powder-coat cabinet doors and a porcelain-enameled lid. Under the lid, the Broil King Baron 590 Pro Shadow 32" gas grill runs five Dual-Tube burners beneath a full-coverage stainless Flav-R-Wave system, with solid 8 mm stainless steel grids in a rust-resistant cast aluminum cookbox.
It suits cooks who entertain often and want flexibility beyond the main grates. Simmer sauces on the cast iron side burner, spit-roast over the rear burner, and use the warming rack to hold finished food. Drop-down side shelves fold away, and blue LED knob lights help after sunset. A matching cover is available.
