The Broil King Baron 590 Shadow IR 32" built-in gas grill uses a durable cast aluminum cookbox with five stainless steel Dual-Tube burners delivering 45,000 BTU over 569 sq. in. of primary space. A 304 stainless Flav-R-Wave system vaporizes drippings to limit flare-ups, and a stainless warming rack takes total space to 900 sq. in.
The extras are what make this model: a 10,000 BTU infrared side burner for high-heat searing and a 15,000 BTU rear burner with rotisserie kit for whole birds and roasts.
