The Broil King Baron S 590 Pro Infrared 32" gas grill adds a fifth Dual-Tube burner to the Baron platform for finer control across the grates. Solid 8 mm stainless steel rod grids and a stainless Flav-R-Wave system sit inside a cast aluminum cookbox, and a stainless warming rack brings total space to 900 sq. in.
It works well for cooks who like setting up distinct heat zones, such as direct searing on one side and gentle indirect heat on the other. The infrared side burner handles steaks and sauces, the rotisserie kit runs over the rear burner, and stainless drop-down shelves fold flat when you need clearance.
