The Broil King Cast Iron Multi Roaster is a heavy cast iron roasting pan with 12" x 16" of usable cooking space, coated in a durable matte porcelain finish. It holds heat for a long, even cook, and an internal roasting rack lifts meat off the bottom so it can steam in its own juices or in flavored liquid you add.
Best for: Grillers who roast large cuts such as prime rib, pork loin or whole poultry and want 12" x 16" of usable space.
The Broil King Cast Iron Multi Roaster is a multi-purpose pan made from heavy cast iron with a matte porcelain coating. Cast iron retains heat well, so temperatures stay steady through a long roast, and the 12" x 16" usable area has room for large cuts.
An internal roasting rack keeps meat above the bottom of the pan, where it can steam over its own juices, broth, beer or wine. Use it on the grill for holiday roasts, pork shoulders and whole birds.
