Mechanically, this head shares its 304 stainless cookbox, five Dual-Tube burners and 55,000 BTU rating with Broil King's standard Imperial 38" model. What sets the Broil King Imperial QS 570 38" built-in gas grill with iQue apart is the digital controller: preset buttons for Smoke, Roast and Grill, two electronic meat probes, and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth links to the Broil King Grilling App.
It suits cooks who like to set a temperature and step away, checking the probes from a phone while guests arrive. Five cast stainless steel grids, a 15,000 BTU rear burner with rotisserie kit and lights in the cookbox and knobs are all included, as is an insulating sleeve for combustible construction.
