The Broil King Imperial QS 590i 38" gas grill island adds iQue digital temperature control to a five-burner Imperial head, so you set Smoke, Roast or Grill with a button and track food with two electronic meat probes. The Broil King Imperial QS 590i 38" gas grill island is the iQue-equipped version of the five-burner Imperial island. A digital controller regulates the main cookbox burners, preset buttons cover smoking, roasting and grilling, and two electronic probes report food temperature to the Broil King Grilling App over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Professional cast stainless steel grids and a 304 stainless Flav-R-Wave system handle searing.
The island includes a five-burner 304 stainless steel cabinet with four drawers, a side burner cabinet with tank storage, a door-and-drawer cabinet and a granite countertop. It suits owners who like to set a temperature and walk away, whether that is a low smoke or a rotisserie roast on the 15,000 BTU rear burner.
