It is aimed at charcoal cooks who switch between overnight smokes and quick, hot grilling. Set the upper and lower dampers, check the premium thermometer, and close the latch-and-lock lid to keep heat and moisture in. Removable resin side shelves with tool hooks, resin handles with built-in bottle openers and a black steel finish complete the package.
