Two smoke-diffusing charcoal trays, cast iron grids and removable stainless ash trays make it a serious tool for traditional low-and-slow barbecue.

Constructed from 2 mm (14 gauge) steel, the Broil King Regal 500 charcoal offset smoker pairs a large cooking chamber with a side firebox for classic indirect smoking. Cast iron grids hold heat in the main chamber, and the internal damper lets you balance how much heat and smoke move from the firebox into the cook area.
This is the larger of Broil King's two Regal offsets, aimed at cooks who smoke for a crowd. Load charcoal and wood through the steel access doors, tune the dampers, and keep tools on the hooks of the removable front shelf. A steel bottom shelf stores fuel, and two 8" crack-proof wheels help you move it around the yard.
