Holding ribs vertically saves room and lets them roast instead of stew. The matte porcelain-coated pot sits directly on your cooking grids or on the Broil King Flav-R-Wave cooking system.
Best for: Rib lovers who want to roast racks upright on a gas or pellet grill in a 5.5" x 16" x 4" space.
The Broil King Rib Roaster is made from heavy cast iron with a durable matte porcelain finish that is easy to season and clean. Inside, a stainless roasting rack holds ribs vertically and off the bottom of the pot, so they roast evenly in 5.5" x 16" x 4" of usable space.
Set it on the cooking grids or on Broil King Flav-R-Wave. For baby backs, Broil King suggests an hour of smoke at 225°F followed by two hours in the roaster at 300°F.
