Broilmaster Stainless grills, side burners, storage and accessories carry a limited lifetime warranty against rust-through on stainless steel grill housings, stainless steel cooking grids, stainless steel carts, cast stainless steel Bow Tie burners, stainless steel drip trays, side burners and side burner housings, warming racks, built-in sleeves, access doors and drawers, and vent register kits.

Flare control vaporizers, heat zone dividers and infrared burners are covered for 5 years against rust-through. Valves, knobs, ignitors, labels, hoses, fittings and all other parts and accessories not listed above are covered for 1 year.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation or storage, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized service, and it does not cover service calls, labor, removal and reinstallation, or freight on warranted parts. The appliance must be installed by a qualified installer; keep your bill of sale to verify the purchase date.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All returns must be pre-approved, unused, and in their original packaging, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping arrangements and cost is the customer’s responsibility. Custom, used, or discontinued items are non-returnable, and credits are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
