A 25,000 to 26,500 BTU stainless oval burner, a full-area stainless drip pan that turns drippings into smoke, and a built-in smoker tray for chips or pellets keep temperature and moisture steady across 695 square inches. It fits every Broilmaster cart and post.

Achieving traditional barbecue flavor demands a low temperature, lots of moisture and a long cooking time. Unlike cookers made with a stamped steel shell, the Broilmaster Q3X's thick aluminum casting maintains a consistent cooking temperature all day.
The full-area stainless steel drip pan eliminates flare-ups as drippings fall onto the pan and vaporize into flavorful smoke. Excess fat and liquids flow into the drain channel and out of the grill to the external drip bucket. A built-in smoker tray takes wood chips or pellets, and stainless charcoal grates are included.
The Q3X has 695 square inches of total cooking area and a 25,000 to 26,500 BTU stainless steel oval burner. It is sold as a grill head and fits all Broilmaster mountings.
