Broilmaster Premium Series and Q3X cast aluminum gas grills carry a limited lifetime warranty against rust-through on the aluminum grill housing (except paint), stainless steel cooking grids and griddles, stainless steel built-in components and built-in kits for 3-Series grill heads, door kits, tilt-out LP tank doors, vent register kits, carts, mountings, the Bow Tie burner, side burner housings and warming racks.

Stainless steel burners and the stainless steel drip pan on Q-Series grills are covered for 10 years. Flare Buster ceramic flavor enhancers, the stainless steel smoker shutter and painted electro-galvanized steel components are covered for 5 years. Porcelain-coated briquette racks, chrome-plated warming racks, stainless steel flavor screens and heat shields are covered for 2 years. Valves, knobs, ignitors, fittings, hoses, labels, grease cups, drip buckets, paint on the aluminum grill head and all other parts and accessories are covered for 1 year.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation or storage, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized service, and it does not cover service calls, labor, removal and reinstallation, or freight on warranted parts. The appliance must be installed by a qualified installer; keep your bill of sale to verify the purchase date.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All returns must be pre-approved, unused, and in their original packaging, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping arrangements and cost is the customer’s responsibility. Custom, used, or discontinued items are non-returnable, and credits are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
