Broilmaster G Series Elite 16" Slide-In Stainless Steel Power Burner

General Information

The 16-inch two-ring power burner slides into a built-in grill application. Two knobs individually control the temperature of the inner and outer cooking areas allowing up to 60,000 BTUs or down to 7,000 BTUs. The power burner allows you to quickly bring water to a boil. If installing the 16-inch power side burner into combustible material, you must first install an insulated sleeve.

Limited Lifetime Warranty – Against Rust-Through
This warranty covers stainless steel grill housings, cooking grids, carts, cast stainless steel bow tie burners, drip trays, side burners, warming racks, built-in sleeves, access doors and drawers, vent register kits, and side burner housings for the lifetime of the product against rust-through.

 

Limited 5-Year Warranty – Against Rust-Through
Flare control vaporizers, heat zone dividers, and infrared burners are covered for a period of five years against rust-through.

 

Limited 1-Year Warranty – Against Rust-Through
Valves, knobs, ignitors, labels, hoses, fittings, and all other parts and accessories not otherwise specified are covered for one year against rust-through.

 

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or incorrect storage of the appliance. It excludes travel or diagnostic costs, freight charges on warranted parts, unauthorized service or part replacements, and the cost of removal or reinstallation. Failures due to improper or lack of maintenance, or any service call solely for diagnostics or labor, are not covered.

 

Owner Responsibilities
Installation must be performed by a qualified professional, and the appliance must be operated according to the provided instructions. Proof of purchase, such as a bill of sale or payment record, must be retained to validate the warranty period. The appliance must remain accessible for service when needed.

Return & Refund Policy

Freight Receiving & Damage Policy

BBQ Source Pro is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages once the product leaves our facility.

 

Your signature on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or warehouse receipt constitutes full acceptance of the shipment "as is" and in good condition.

 

Important: Failing to inspect your delivery before signing the BOL can void your ability—and ours—to file a damage claim, even in cases of concealed damage. Once signed, all responsibility transfers to you.

 

Upon Delivery: Your Responsibilities

To protect your order and ensure eligibility for a freight claim, please follow these steps:

1. Inspect all items as they are unloaded.
2. Open all cartons and containers to check for concealed damage.
3. Document any damage or shortages on the BOL before signing. Be sure to include:
   1. A detailed description of the issue
   2. The condition of the packaging

 

Do not let the driver rush you. Carriers must wait until you sign the BOL.

 

If Damage Is Found

Visible Damage:

• Refuse the delivery.
• Request a Return Authorization (RA) number from BBQ Source Pro.
• The damaged shipment will be returned at no cost to you.

 

Concealed Damage:

• Immediately photograph the item and packaging.
• Keep all original packaging and do not move the item.
• Contact BBQ Source Pro Inside Sales at 1-800-476-6164 to initiate a claim and request an inspection.

 

A damage report must be filed within 2 days of delivery.

 

Reporting concealed damage does not guarantee credit, but timely reporting increases your chances.

 

Merchandise Returns

• No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
• Authorized returns must be prepaid and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and must include a copy of the original invoice.
• No returns are accepted on furnace or air conditioner parts.
