The Broilmaster G Series Elite 16" Power Burner is a slide-in, two-ring stainless steel power burner for built-in outdoor kitchens. Two knobs control the inner and outer rings separately, so output ranges from as low as 7,000 BTUs up to 60,000 BTUs. That high end brings water to a boil quickly, while the lower settings give you gentler heat when you need it.
It is designed to sit next to the Broilmaster G Series Elite 26", 34" and 42" built-in grills. The unit measures 15" W x 19" D x 11.75" H. If you are installing it into combustible material, an insulated sleeve must be installed first, so plan for that in your island design.
Best for: G Series Elite outdoor kitchens that need high-heat boiling and wok-style cooking power right beside the grill.
The 16-inch two-ring power burner slides into a built-in grill application. Two knobs individually control the temperature of the inner and outer cooking areas allowing up to 60,000 BTUs or down to 7,000 BTUs. The power burner allows you to quickly bring water to a boil. If installing the 16-inch power side burner into combustible material, you must first install an insulated sleeve.
