Meet the T-Bird, the newest addition to the Cotton Gin Smokers family and a true evolution of the traditional drum smoker concept. While it carries the familiar drum-style layout, the T-Bird is built from thick 14-gauge steel, fully fabricated in-house for superior durability, heat retention, and consistency.

In other words, no 55-gallon drums were harmed in the making of this pit.

The T-Bird is engineered for versatility, offering both low-and-slow smoking and high-heat grilling thanks to a dual-zone design with two independent charcoal systems. With multiple grate levels, a hanging system, and precision airflow control, the T-Bird gives pitmasters total command over every cook.
