The Fire Magic Aurora A660i Liquid Propane is a 30" built-in gas grill with 660 sq. in. of primary cooking area and a 240 sq. in. adjustable warming rack. Its cast stainless steel "E" burners total 75,000 BTUs under heavy-duty Diamond Sear cooking grids, which share the same grid design found on the Echelon Diamond series. Angled halogen oven lamps, an analog thermometer that reads up to 1000° and a recessed rotisserie backburner (11,000 BTUs, if equipped) make it a capable grill for both searing and roasting.
For an island build, cut a 31¼"w x 23½"d x 11½"h opening. A cart version of the A660i is available for patios without a built-in counter, and the 36" A790i offers more room for large crowds.
