Fire Magic gourmet griddles and pizza ovens are covered for 10 years (except ignition and electronic parts), with lifetime coverage on stainless steel housings and 15 years on brass valves and manifold assemblies.

All other griddle and pizza oven components (except ignition and electronic parts) are covered for 3 years, and ignition systems (except batteries), electronic components including lights and thermometers, and accessories for 1 year.

Coverage applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase, for single-family residential use. Fire Magic also provides a labor allowance for the first two years and pays shipping on warranted replacement parts.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All returns must be pre-approved, unused, and in their original packaging, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping arrangements and cost is the customer’s responsibility. Custom, used, or discontinued items are non-returnable, and credits are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
