Fire Magic gas grills carry a lifetime warranty on cast stainless steel burners, Choice stainless steel U-shaped burners, Diamond Sear and rod stainless steel cooking grids, and stainless steel housings. Brass valves, inner liners, manifold assemblies, porcelain housings and backburner assemblies (except ignition parts) are covered for 15 years.

Flavor grids and infrared burners are covered for 5 years, side burners and all other grill components (except ignition and electronic parts) for 3 years, and ignition systems (except batteries), electronic components including lights and thermometers, and accessories for 1 year.

Coverage applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase, for single-family residential use. Fire Magic also provides a labor allowance for the first two years and pays shipping on warranted replacement parts.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All returns must be pre-approved, unused, and in their original packaging, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping arrangements and cost is the customer’s responsibility. Custom, used, or discontinued items are non-returnable, and credits are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
