Cast stainless steel burners, stainless steel cooking grids, and the stainless steel grill housing are protected for the lifetime of the original owner. Brass valves, inner liners, manifold assemblies, porcelain housings, and backburner assemblies are covered for 15 years, while flavor grids and infrared burners include 5-year coverage. Side burners and most other grill components are covered for 3 years, and ignition systems, electronic parts, and accessories carry a 1-year warranty.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All returns must be pre-approved, unused, and in their original packaging, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping arrangements and cost is the customer’s responsibility. Custom, used, or discontinued items are non-returnable, and credits are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
