Kucht pizza ovens come with a 4-year warranty on parts and labor for all functional components critical to the oven’s performance. Non-functional parts, such as knobs, handles, and cosmetic items, are not included. During the warranty period, Kucht will repair or replace any defective parts as needed.

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All returns must be pre-approved, unused, and in their original packaging, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping arrangements and cost is the customer’s responsibility. Custom, used, or discontinued items are non-returnable, and credits are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
