Le Griddle is designed with the approval of French chefs to guarantee the optimal cooking experience. Le Griddle products are made out of 304 stainless steel attached to a cast iron plate for the best heat distribution possible.
Why is Le Griddle the best?
The patented concept combines 304 stainless steel and cast iron for the best heat distribution and food contact. The special cast iron plate is ultra-resistant allowing for no rust, discoloration or distortion at the cooking surface.
The cast iron plate absorbs the heat then transfers it to the stainless steel cooking surface allowing for perfect heat distribution throughout the surface, therefore reducing energy consumption and, creating a perfect cooking surface.

Warranty
All Le Griddle Gas and Electric Cooking Surfaces and Burners are warrantied free from manufacturer defects for a lifetime to the original owner.
All other parts are warrantied free from manufacturer defects for 10 years to the original owner.
We take great care to ensure that each of our appliances reaches the user in perfect operating condition. If you discover any issues when unpacking your appliance, please report it to the retailer within 48 hours. If the appliance is not functioning properly, please email us at support@bbqsourcepro.com. This non-transferable warranty is limited to the replacement of original, defective parts (one-time replacement) and does not cover shipping or labor for removal or installation of replacement parts, if necessary.
The following are not covered by the guarantee:
- Deformation of the plate when it is too hot. This deformation is not permanent and will disappear when the plate cools; it is normal in use.
- Normal wear of the product that does not affect its operation (scratches, color change, etc.).
- The presence of rust, cracks, or other deformation of the cast-iron surface that does not affect the appliance’s operation.
- Damage caused by abnormal use, modification of the product, or failure to follow the instructions for use (e.g., using chlorine-based cleaning products).
- Damage resulting from a fall or impact.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If we make an error on your order, we sincerely apologize—please contact us, and we will make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of shipment.
RMA Required:
Please contact us to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning any items.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new condition, and returned in original packaging.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- All shipping costs (both outbound and return) are deducted from your refund unless the error was ours.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
Freight & Damaged Goods
Inspect Upon Delivery:
Always inspect your shipment upon arrival—preferably while the driver is present.
Missing Items:
- Compare received items with the packing slip.
- If items are missing, accept the shipment, note the discrepancy on the delivery receipt, and contact us immediately.
Visible Damage:
- If you notice visible exterior damage:
- You may request to open and inspect the package before signing.
- If the driver refuses inspection, reject the shipment and contact us right away.
- If contents are undamaged after inspection, accept the shipment and note any packaging damage on the receipt.
Concealed Damage:
- If damage is discovered after delivery, report it within 3 days.
- Take clear photos of the damaged item and the undamaged outer packaging.
- Email the documentation to us promptly.
⚠️ Claims for concealed damage filed after 3 days may not be honored—please inspect packages carefully upon delivery.
