The Le Griddle Commercial Electric 75 with cart pairs a 30" triple-plate electric griddle with the matching 304 stainless steel GFCART75. Two separately controlled 1,800 W elements run on two 120 V plugs, so you can cook on the patio or a covered porch with no gas line. The cart adds two folding shelves, storage behind two doors and locking casters.
Best for: patios, porches and outdoor spaces with power but no gas line, cooking for up to 20 people.

The Le Griddle Commercial Electric 75 brings the updated design of the Commercial gas series to electric cooking. Its 30" patented triple-plate cooking surface is heated by two 1,800 W elements that you control separately, so you can run a hot zone and a warm zone side by side with no gas line at all. It arrives mounted on the matching 304 stainless steel cart, ready to roll onto the patio.
Every new Le Griddle is manufactured in the U.S.A. around the patented TRIPLE PLATE SYSTEM: a ½" solid cast iron core, an aluminum diffuser and a 304 stainless steel cooking plate. The cast iron absorbs and holds heat, the aluminum diffuser spreads it quickly to the stainless steel, and the 3mm plate carries Le Griddle’s bead-blasted Texas Sea Glass matte finish for scratch resistance, better searing and easier cleanup.
An improved grease tray design with two removable trays and a removable tray cover makes cleanup simple, and the griddle is certified for indoor and outdoor use.
