Le Griddle liner warranty:

• Liner: 10 years for residential use; 1 year for apartment/multi-family or commercial use.

Warranty terms (from Le Griddle):

• Report any damage found when unpacking to BBQ Source Pro within 48 hours. For a malfunction, contact us or Le Griddle at CS@LeGriddleUS.com.
• The warranty is non-transferable and limited to a one-time replacement of original defective parts. Shipping and labor for removing or installing parts are not included.
• Not covered: temporary deformation of the plate when hot (normal), normal wear that does not affect operation such as scratches or color change, rust, cracks or cast-iron deformation that does not affect operation, damage from abnormal use, modification or not following the instructions (including chlorine-based cleaners), and damage from a fall or impact.
• Failing to follow the owner's manual may void coverage.
• The original owner must keep and provide proof of purchase. Product registration is not required.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All returns must be pre-approved, unused, and in their original packaging, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping arrangements and cost is the customer’s responsibility. Custom, used, or discontinued items are non-returnable, and credits are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
