Meadow Creek products are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Stainless steel grates are covered for 25 years against rust and weld failure.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts at Meadow Creek’s discretion and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, alterations, improper maintenance, or normal wear. Tires, wheels, brake systems, burners, and other accessories are covered only by their manufacturer’s warranties. Labor, shipping, and incidental or consequential damages are not included.

Meadow Creek products are custom-made or built to order and are final sale. They cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged or refunded, except for manufacturer defects (covered by the manufacturer's warranty) or shipping damage reported within 48 hours of delivery.
