The Meadow Creek CD120G Caterer's Delight trailer puts a 72" PR72G gas pig roaster and a charcoal BBQ42 chicken cooker on one towable rig. Roast a 275 lb hog on propane while you flip about 40 lbs of chicken over coals, then add a second tier grate to reach 3,220 sq. in. on the roaster.
Best for: Caterers and fundraiser crews who want the biggest gas pig roaster in the Caterer's Delight line plus a dedicated chicken cooker.
The Meadow Creek CD120G Caterer's Delight trailer pairs a PR72G propane pig roaster with a charcoal BBQ42 chicken cooker on one 160" trailer. The 72" gas roaster (about 82,000 BTU) holds a whole hog up to 275 lbs. on its 24" x 70" grate, while the BBQ42 flips about 40 lbs. of chicken at a time over coals.
It's the larger gas model in the Caterer's Delight line, sized for caterers and fundraiser crews who want steady gas heat for the long pork cook and charcoal for chicken. The standard layout places the BBQ42 at the rear facing back; Meadow Creek builds an alternate layout, such as the two cookers in parallel, for 10% more.
Features
- PR72G propane pig roaster: 24" x 70" grate (1,680 sq. in.), approximately 82,000 BTU
- BBQ42 charcoal chicken cooker: 22" x 40" rotating double-sided grate (880 sq. in.)
- Rust-free T304 stainless steel grates on both cookers
- 13-gauge welded steel body finished in matte black heat-resistant paint
- Gas tank mount, with an optional 30 lb. or 40 lb. LP tank
- 160" trailer with 2" ball hitch, safety chains, torsion axles and DOT-compliant LED lights
- Optional charcoal pan insert, chip pan, 2nd tier grate, trim package and spare tire
