The TS1000 Tank Smoker Trailer is our biggest reverse-flow tank smoker, ready for any crowd you can throw at it. Built to satisfy the demands of large caterers and barbecue restaurants who maxed out the huge , the TS1000 boasts a giant 1,000-gallon tank for more than 2-1/2 times the cooking capacity of the TS500.
Its eight sliding stainless steel grates offer 130 square feet of cooking area, enough space for up to 180 pork butts or 140 briskets! The spacious warming box holds six full-size restaurant pans. The TS1000 provides all the standard features of our TS series, giving you the ease of use and the confidence you need to focus on supplying the best barbecue your crowd has ever tasted.
When it’s time to hit the road, the TS1000’s rugged trailer has the quality, balance, and safety features to give you peace of mind no matter how many miles you need to cover. A four-inch channel frame provides a bullet-proof foundation for this beast of a smoker, the heavy-duty tandem axle with brakes keeps the fifteen-inch highway wheels rolling, and ample LED lighting keeps you visible.

- Tanks are made of 3/16” plate steel and fireboxes of 1/4” plate steel and painted with black heat-resistant paint in an attractive matte finish.

- Trailer models are built on a tubular frame and feature a 2” ball hitch and safety chains, heavy-duty wheel jack, rubber torsion axles, road tires, and DOT-compliant flush-mount LED lights, reflector strips, and VIN plate. We are a licensed trailer manufacturer and can provide a certificate of origin for trailer models.

Meadow Creek’s revolutionary gas-assist option turns a TS or BX smoker into a shape-shifting jack-of-all-trades. Driven by a powerful Wayne burner, it can preheat your smoker, light your wood or charcoal, and lock in your pit temp within 5 degrees of your set point.
It’s like having two pits in one. Smoke the traditional way with just coals and wood, cook on gas alone, or perfect your favorite hybrid approach for the best of both worlds. You’ve never smoked like this before.
