Barbecue purists know the best part of barbecue is low and slow smoking… low temperatures and slow cooking allow flavor to develop in a natural, delicious way. This high quality reverse flow offset smoker makes it a breeze to crank out excellent barbecue while giving you the experience of poking coals in an offset firebox.
As with all Meadow Creek equipment, the workmanship on the TS250 is outstanding—from the heavy duty doors and lids to the non-rusting food grade stainless steel grates and the rounding of otherwise sharp and unhandy corners. Everything is built to give you the best cooking experience possible on an offset smoker.
Deck it out with a chicken cooker grill, stainless steel work shelves, insulated firebox, and a trim package, and you’re ready to roll smoke and crank out amazing barbecue for your clients and friends in class!
The TS250 BBQ Smoker is like the TS120 BBQ Smoker except it offers 17 square feet of cooking space instead of 11.
The TS250 is a fine option for mobile chefs and serious barbecue enthusiasts. Whether you are cooking for clients or friends and neighbors, this rig will help make your dream of cranking out delicious, mouth-watering barbecue a fun and fulfilling reality.

Gas Assist Add On
The Taste of Wood: The Convenience of Gas
Do you love traditional wood and charcoal smokers, but wish you could “cheat” once in a while? How would you like to throw away your weed burner and preheat your smoker with the flip of a switch? Or start an all-night cook and go to sleep, knowing your temp will stay rock-solid even after the coals burn down?
Meadow Creek’s revolutionary gas-assist option turns a TS or BX smoker into a shape-shifting jack-of-all-trades. Driven by a powerful Wayne burner, it can preheat your smoker, light your wood or charcoal, and lock in your pit temp within 5 degrees of your set point.
It’s like having two pits in one. Smoke the traditional way with just coals and wood, cook on gas alone, or perfect your favorite hybrid approach for the best of both worlds. You’ve never smoked like this before.
Gas Assist Features
- Weatherproof housing
- Electronic thermostat with digital readout
- Connects to 110-volt power with a regular extension cord
- Low-pressure gas regulator and gas quick attach
- Connects to a regular LP gas grill tank
- Maintains consistent temperature automatically
