Primo Ceramic Grills V-Rack

Primo covers all ceramic parts with a limited lifetime warranty. All metal parts except cast iron carry a limited 5-year warranty against rust-through. Cast iron parts and all other parts and accessories, unless otherwise specified, carry a limited 1-year warranty against rust-through. Felt gaskets and thermometers are covered for 30 days. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser, so keep your bill of sale to verify the purchase date. Replacement parts ship at the purchaser's expense, and labor, service calls, freight and damage from misuse, improper installation or lack of maintenance are not covered.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All returns must be pre-approved, unused, and in their original packaging, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping arrangements and cost is the customer’s responsibility. Custom, used, or discontinued items are non-returnable, and credits are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
