Return & Refund
The RCS 48" stainless steel gas flex hose gives you an extra foot of reach over the 36" version when connecting a built-in RCS grill to a natural gas or propane line. It uses 1/2" female flare nuts with a 3/8" ID, carries a 60,500 BTU rating, and includes two 1/2" male flare x 1/2" MIP adapter fittings.
Best for: Built-in installs where the gas stub-out sits farther from the grill inlet than a 36" hose can comfortably reach.
When the gas supply in your island or counter does not line up closely with the grill connection, a longer flex line makes the hookup easier. This 48" stainless steel hose is the longer of the two RCS flex hoses and routes around framing, drawers and doors to reach the appliance inlet. It connects with 1/2" female flare nuts with a 3/8" inside diameter, and the two included 1/2" male flare x 1/2" MIP adapters thread onto standard pipe fittings. Note that the longer hose carries a lower BTU rating than the 36" model.
Fits: RCS built-in gas grills and side burners on natural gas or propane
