This RCS product is warranted against manufacturer defects for one year to the original owner.

This warranty is non-transferable, applies to residential use only and covers a one-time replacement of defective original parts; shipping and labor are not included. It excludes normal surface corrosion, discoloration, scratches and surface rust, and damage from improper maintenance, salt spray, chemicals, pesticides or not following the owner's manual. Keep your original receipt: proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. No registration is required.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All returns must be pre-approved, unused, and in their original packaging, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping arrangements and cost is the customer’s responsibility. Custom, used, or discontinued items are non-returnable, and credits are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
