The RCS Cutlass Elite 30" built in gas grill (CEG30) puts three 20,000 BTU cast stainless burners and a 12,500 BTU infrared rotisserie burner into a 33" wide cut-out. With 8mm SearMarx square grids, a spring-assist hood, color-changing LED knobs and a smoker box included, it brings the full Elite feature set to a standard-size island.
Best for: Outdoor kitchens with a 30" grill opening where you want strong searing, rotisserie and smoking features in one head.
The CEG30 is the 30" grill in the RCS Cutlass Elite Series. Three cast stainless steel burners rated at 20,000 BTU each heat a 30" x 20" main surface topped with 8mm SearMarx square cooking grids, and a ceramic infrared rear burner runs the included rotisserie. Three briquette flavor trays and burner zone separators let you set up hot and cooler zones.
This head is aimed at cooks who want premium features without going to a wider grill. The spring-assist hood, professional temperature gauge and included smoker box make it easy to move from searing steaks to slow smoking. Halogen lights and color-changing LED knobs need 120V at the island. Install it in a non-combustible island or with the LJRON30 liner, or mount it on the RONMC cart.
