You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All returns must be pre-approved, unused, and in their original packaging, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping arrangements and cost is the customer’s responsibility. Custom, used, or discontinued items are non-returnable, and credits are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Summerset gas grills come with a Lifetime Warranty on grill construction, cooking grates, burners, burner covers, valves, ceramic briquette system, and temperature gauge against defects in materials and workmanship. All other parts and components, including electrical elements, are covered for 3 years. Labor is not included, and the warranty is valid only if the grill is registered online within 30 days of purchase.
