Summerset's Gold Standard warranty covers replacement parts only (no labor) for the original purchaser at the original delivery address, with proof of purchase and photos. Register the product online within 30 days of purchase to activate coverage. Out-of-box damage must be reported within 30 days and before installation. Not covered: discoloration, surface rust, corrosion or oxidation, and damage from improper installation, misuse, grease fires or extreme environments. Coverage ends if ownership transfers. Commercial or multi-family installations require regular, documented maintenance.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All returns must be pre-approved, unused, and in their original packaging, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping arrangements and cost is the customer’s responsibility. Custom, used, or discontinued items are non-returnable, and credits are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
