You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All returns must be pre-approved, unused, and in their original packaging, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping arrangements and cost is the customer’s responsibility. Custom, used, or discontinued items are non-returnable, and credits are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Wildfire Outdoor Living Products provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser of each outdoor gas grill, side burner, and griddle. This warranty is non-transferable and valid only with proof of purchase. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the specified periods. Normal wear, surface corrosion, scratches, or discoloration from regular use are not covered. Labor, labor-related charges, and shipping or handling fees for replacement parts are not included.
