You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All returns must be pre-approved, unused, and in their original packaging, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping arrangements and cost is the customer’s responsibility. Custom, used, or discontinued items are non-returnable, and credits are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

American Made Grills is supported by a Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty on all construction and manufacturer defects, including stainless steel components, cooking grates, burners and burner covers, valves, flame tamers, heat zone separators, temperature gauges, hood springs, and briquette systems. Other parts, electrical components, and accessories—such as LED bulbs, wire harnesses, switches, power source wires, transformers, and interior halogen lights—are covered for three (3) years. Labor is not included.
