American Outdoor Grill provides a lifetime warranty on stainless steel burners, while all other grill components are protected for ten (10) years. The ignition system (excluding batteries) and accessories such as side burners, motors, and thermometers are covered for one year, and vaporizer panels carry a three-year warranty. In multi-user environments—including apartment complexes, schools, hotels, and emergency services—the stainless steel grill housing, burners, cooking grates, brass valves, and internal assemblies are warranted for three years, with other components (excluding batteries) covered for 90 days. This coverage does not apply to restaurants or primarily commercial use. Labor costs are not included.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All returns must be pre-approved, unused, and in their original packaging, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping arrangements and cost is the customer’s responsibility. Custom, used, or discontinued items are non-returnable, and credits are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
