A re-engineered vent system and high-temperature oven gasket let you control airflow into the firebox for steadier temperatures.
A heavy-duty thermometer and warming rack round out the package, and the grate and warming rack total 751 sq. in. of cooking space. It fits a 29.5" W x 13.25" H x 18.25" D cutout, which is taller than the cutouts for Bull's 30" gas grills, so plan the island accordingly. It can sit beside a Bull gas grill for a charcoal-and-gas outdoor kitchen, and the Bison is also sold on a cart.
