Three cast 304 stainless steel burners put out 14,000 BTUs each (42,000 BTUs total) across 560 square inches of cooking space, and heavy 9 mm triangular stainless searing rods lay down crisp grill marks. Heat zone separators let you run a hot sear zone and a gentler zone at the same time.
Push-and-turn flame-thrower ignition with a flash-tube backup lights the burners reliably, stainless flame tamers spread heat evenly, and a full-width drip tray makes cleanup simple. The double-lined hood with integrated sound dampers closes softly and protects the outer shell from discoloration. The BCM is available for natural gas or propane and ships with the opposite-gas conversion kit. It's backed by Blaze's lifetime warranty plus 3-year multi-user commercial coverage.
