Three 15,000 BTU burners deliver 45,000 BTUs across a reinforced 304 stainless steel surface with three cooking zones and 657 square inches. Three internal thermocouples drive the digital screen, which can also read up to three meat probes.
The 304 stainless steel cart provides two folding side shelves, a pull-out propane tank shelf, soft-close doors and interior lights. Leveling screws and a drop-in drip trough handle grease, while sound dampers and larger peepholes add refinement.
