The Bull 30" Commercial Style Flat Top Griddle is a built-in gas griddle for outdoor kitchens, with a chromium-plated cooking surface over four welded 304 stainless steel burners. Those burners total 60,000 BTUs, and Bull lists 556 sq. in. of cooking space, enough room for pancakes, stir-fry and seared steaks.
Every valve has its own piezo igniter, and the 304 stainless steel body is built for outdoor use. It drops into a 31" W x 9.5" H x 21" D cutout, the same cutout Bull lists for its 30" Outlaw, Lonestar and Angus grills, which makes it easy to plan a griddle and a gas grill side by side in one island. It is offered in natural gas or propane, and a version on a cart is also available.
